Earn from £11.00 -12.50 per hour.
This exciting and flexible role involves working with a brand new company who are highly committed to covering the north west and North Wales areas.
Your role will be to support children, families and carers within the home and community often in times of crisis, supporting with daily routines, providing mentoring support and helping young people and families to work through challenges faced.
This role will allow you to experience a variety of different support roles and times and locations you choose.
This role is exciting and varied, you may be helping a baby or family in hospital, conducting supervised contact or supporting a young person build their confidence and assisting with keeping them safe.

You can work hours that fit around your current commitments or even pick up some additional shifts to your main role to earn some extra pennies.

To make sure our children, young people and families are well cared for and supported, it’s important that you have worked with or have some experience of caring for children and or young people, before. However, don’t worry, we don't expect you to know everything, our team are friendly and supportive and will be with you every step of the way. Your first shift can be a shadow shift, too.
Our Bank roles are community-based roles, which means you’ll need to travel around to spend time with children, young people and their carers. Therefore being able to drive and having access to a car is really helpful! (we pay expenses to cover the use for any mileage you have incurred from when you arrive on shift to work.
Because our roles involve direct work with very vulnerable children and young people, when you join, you’ll need to have an Enhanced Check with the Disclosure and barring service on the update service. We do however pay for your on the job training.

Ability to commute to
North West, North Wales and surrounding areas.
Requirements
Experience:
- Support Work: 1 year (preferred)
- Safeguarding level 3
Licence/Certification:
- Driving Licence and/or use of car preferred. Or the ability to be mobile and travel 24 hours per day.

GCSE/ NVQ Level 2 or 3 in health and social care. Minimum
