The Role & Responsibilities

Emerging Talent (Pre Apprenticeship/Apprenticeship/Graduates)

  • Represent Shawbrook within the early careers market acting as the key point of contact with early careers providers & school partnerships.
  • Leading and organising internal events and early careers assessment centres with recruitment team and school partnerships.
  • Manage on going relationships with existing and new apprentices, apprenticeship providers and Line Managers.

Equality Diversity & Inclusion

  • Work alongside EDI Lead and Steerco Pillars to produce resources, create events and help support employee communities.

Performance & Talent Management

  • Run the annual PM process working with HR MI Analyst, HRBPs and Reward to co-ordinate any calibration
  • Ensuring future Talent management process is completed, pulling together talent profiles/data for talent sessions, collating talent programme nominations, aligning development needs of individuals with L&D.

Employee Voice

  • Support co-ordination and running of People Engagement Forum (PEF) meetings.

Learning and Development

Support the coordination of Learning & Development platforms:

  • Learning Management System
  • Coaching
  • Mentoring

The Person

GCSE Level 4/5 or above in Math’s & English

Experience of working within the emerging talent/early careers and EDI space is preferable
